Teacher Appreciation Gift Ideas

April 30, 2014

Wow... I can hardly believe that in 2 1/2 weeks my kids will be out of school for the summer.....already.

But, before I start planning our summer activities and my backup sanity plan...just in case, I need to think about those sweet teachers that have supported, cared and loved my children all year. And, while I am finalizing this years appreciation gift, I have put together a few ideas that I have done in the past, that the teachers have loved.

These canvas totes are always such a big hit. You can find how simple they are to do here.

Seeds of knowledge with a flower pot filled with garden gadgets

'Thanks for being sweet' with chocolate bar and gift card

'highlight' of my year card with pen

You can find this collection of ideas here.

What ideas do you have and..... am I the only one anticipating the need to use a sanity plan?

grateful for~
wonderful teachers

  1. Cute, cute, cute ideas, Laura! Wow! Your kids get out of school early. Our kids don't get out until the first week of June. xo Diana

  2. Those are some great ideas! It does seem like school is getting out so early this year. Hard to believe it's almost over. It will be an adjustment not having a quiet house all day. But I won't mind the laid back schedule.

  3. Wow, it's hard to believe that summer vacation is already lurking around the corner. When my little ones were in grade school, I would give each of their teachers a plastic sand pail with a rolled up beach towel and other beachy items as an end-of-the-year thank you gift.

  4. Great ideas Laura!!!...love those bags!
